A deeply moving and thought provoking read.

A deeply moving read. Extremely hard to put down, and very thought provoking. This relatable book offers a really honest, and at times raw account of motherhood.

The author sheds a refreshing light on the often unspoken truths of becoming a new parent by sensitively addressing rarely discussed experiences. The book is a gem for all mums and dads wanting a real insight into the highs and lows of parenting.

Exceptional story about dealing with premature birth.

This book really conveys what childbirth and motherhood, with all their many highs and lows, are truly all about. It starts from the author’s incredibly worrying and difficult times in bringing a premature new-born into the world, including the effects of dealing with post-natal depression.

This is a frank, honest and revealing account, and shows that this period of a woman’s life is not always roses and can be quite difficult to deal with.

For anyone who wants to know about the vicissitudes of pregnancy and prematurity, I would recommend this book.
